Tuesday is our 100th day of school!  We will be celebrating with the KB class, Kindergarten class and First Grade!  We are doing interactive stations in all the classrooms in our hallway on Tuesday morning!

The rest of the week we will be finishing our unit on Animals in Winter.  We will make the birdseed ornaments that we planned to make last week when we had a two hour delay.  We will introduce the letter  Hh and the number 3. We will be preparing for Catholic School’s Week next week, and Open House on Sunday.

Sunday’s celebration begins with the 11 a.m. Mass.  The School Choir will be singing and there will be students from our school serving and bringing up the gifts at Offertory.  It would be great to see you there!

Please stop in on Sunday after Mass for the Open House.  You can come see our classroom and all that your little ones have been doing.  You can also visit the Kindergarten Bound classroom and see what  you have to look forward to next year!  Also, if you have not registered for next year, please do so as soon as possible.  We hope to see your children continue at St. Rose of Lima Catholic School!

I am still available to meet with you before school almost any day (except Thursday), and after school on some days.  Just send me a message and we can schedule that.

Here is the schedule for Catholic School’s Week, so you can plan ahead:

Monday, Jan. 27- Pajama Day/Movie Day- Kids can wear Pajamas to school.  Remember that recess could still be outside, so they will need shoes and coats!
