Hello All,

A few quick notes…

Blessing Baskets are now full swing! Please check out the sign up here: www.signupgenius.com/go/9040d4ca8a823a7f58-thanksgiving

Our Annual Dinner is coming up this Thursday! Please send reservations to [email protected] by Tuesday (tomorrow) night. I hope to see you there!

Looking forward to this week…

Religion – We will continue learning about the Rosary by studying the Luminous Mysteries.

Math – We will continue Multiplication, moving into the concept of two digit numbers multiplied by single digits.

Science – We will be learning about the world’s second largest rodent – the beaver! These resourceful, furry buggers have the ability to drastically alter ecosystems with their dams. On Friday, we will have a fun, surprise classroom project to help us understand the engineering challenges these builders face.

Social Studies – We will study the French Explorer Robert Cavelier Sieur de La Salle, early settlements and trading, and St. Francis Xavier. We will also build our own coat of arms!

Language Arts – We will continue our ongoing reading and discussion of The One and Only Ivan.

As usual, please feel free to email me with any questions, comments or concerns. While I do not receive emails in the evening / on weekends, I do receive them first thing in the morning Monday – Friday.

Blessings,

Elizabeth White
