Hello Parents,

This week the children will learn the letter Ff and the number 6. Today, the children made a fox out of the capital F. We also added a new sight word to our list (for).

Listed below are the children participating in show and tell on Friday for the letter F.  I am asking for you to help your child find one item starting with the letter F. Try to find a true item starting with the letter and make sure your child knows what they are bringing. If a child brings a dinosaur, but the name of the dinosaur starts with the letter F, it confuses the children. Most of the time, they don’t know what the name of the dinosaur is called and the children will think that dinosaur starts with the letter F.   Here are a few ideas for the letter F; (fox, fingers, feet, flowers, fish, fan).

This Friday is National Scarf Day! I am asking for the children to come to school wearing a scarf or bandana on Friday, September 27th to celebrate and have fun!
