Happy Monday! Thanks for stopping by to read our blog! October is a busy, but short month of school.  We are closing out our 1st quarter of 9 weeks this Friday! Report cards will be sent home following Fall Break.  I look forward to seeing you at Parent-Teacher Conferences during the week of October 25-27.  Letters from Mrs. Floyd with your appointment time and date were sent home last week.  Let me know if you didn’t receive one.

10/11  Pink & Purple Day for Cancer (NUT day for a $1 donation to American Cancer Society)

10/24 RHS will visit to talk about their Open House

We have begun chapter 1: God’s Wonderful Creation.

We have also been working on an All About Catholic Mass booklet.  Ask your child about it!

We will be planning and leading mass on Thursday

Science- From the desk of Mrs. Tieken:

5th grade science we will concentrate on vocabulary for our new chapter. In this chapter we will concentrate on ADAPTATIONS. If you didn’t see last chapters final test, please ask your child for it. Be safe on break.
