St. Rose of Lima School has been BLESSED to have Mrs. Gloria Adams be the first grade teacher for the past 21 years! Not only has Mrs. Adams taught first grade, but she has also taught Religious Education at St. Rose and Holy Trinity for 18 years. She has been able to share her faith and knowledge with her first grade students and the children of our parish as well as the children at the parish where she raised her family, Holy Trinity.
In case you haven’t heard, Mrs. Adams is retiring at the end of this school year. She is the PROUD mother of 4 and the PROUD grandmother of 5, soon to be 7! Although she will be greatly missed, we are happy that she will get to enjoy her well-deserved retirement doing what she loves best: spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren who adore her. 🙂 There’s no doubt in our mind that we’ll continue to see Mrs. Adams around St. Rose since we have become her extended family over the years.
We hope you’ll join us in the PLC immediately following 11:00 mass on Sunday, May 21st for a small reception to THANK Mrs. Adams for all she has done for our church and school. If you are unable to make it, but would like to share your appreciation for Mrs. Adams OR a favorite memory you have of her, please feel free to send a note or card to the address below:
