Week of October 17-21
Religion- We will continue to study the Mass. The study of the Mass will come straight from the Roman missal and the Catechism of the Catholic Church. It will help the students deepen their knowledge of the first Mass being the Last Supper.
Science- Our new chapter is titled THE HUMAN BODY. All students are responsible for knowing the definitions and being able to spell the words correctly.
Social Studies-We will begin our study of Indiana Waterways. Please review with your child each day we highlight or take notes. This will help them be prepared for assessments.
Math- 4th Grade Math: We will identify properties of addition and subtraction rules. We
will also use mental math strategies to solve problems. At home, please have your child
review add/subtraction fast facts (flash cards, etc.)
Reading- What in the world is Nick up to now? Ask your student…it is a fun tale. We
