** Announcements:
- Honors Day begins at 1:30 on Friday. Students may come out of uniform in spirit day colors that day.
- Book project packets were passed out & explained today to all grades for their corresponding novels. These projects will all be due on Tuesday, January 19th.
Homework this week: Reading logs due Friday. No new vocab list this week or next, but the cumulative vocab quiz for 2nd quarter will be next Thursday, 1/14, as I will be absent on the fifteenth. Students are to study their 6 lists on quizlet or in their LA binders for this week and next.
6th: Finish reading, Touching Spirit Bear, by, Ben Mikaelsen. Skills for the week: figurative language story activity
